I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Had a potential out of state purchase. Despite it not working out, Don and Jay made it easy to do my due diligence. No pressure.

We've had a few hiccups in the car the one I'd like to most point out that I think there needs to be a recall on the back LED light stripping failure

Went in for oil change. Got in right away. Out within an hour. Customer Service was great. Facilities very clean. Overall was a great experience.

Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.

Our experience was very transparent and up-front. We were treated with respect. The new (to us) vehicle was in perfect condition. We enjoyed the process.

Love it rides great sport mode is fun love the leather and sun roof and works with my son's wheel chair and all the options are a plus

I’m from out of town and had some minor damage to my car. It was enough that I would not be able to return home in a week. Galloway was the closest Ford dealer so I went there in spite of the 1 star reviews on this site. I couldn’t have been happier. Had no clue where to go as they have multiple buildings. Stopped in at the first one and met a woman at the desk who was friendly and guided me where to go. The next stop they all were most accommodating and in an effort to resolve my issue in the shortest amount of time since I had no reservation sent me to their quick lane building where Mauricio came to greet me. Basically took me under his wing as he looked things over, took me to his office and gave me a quote. I had to leave my vehicle while they ordered the parts and delivered the following day. Was given a ride in their free shuttle back to where I was staying in Cape Coral. Was called the next morning around 8:30 or so that it was complete and ready for pickup. They offered to come and get me but a friend gave me a ride over. Everything went so smoothly and my contact couldn’t have been better. Thanks to all that helped which could have gone much much worse.

From the young lady, Yammonica who was attentive, on target and customer focused to the service department and even the lady who took our payment, the response was professional and focused on our needs. The communication was clear, on target and open. Care of the car was terrific. Our expectations were met and even exceeded. Was looking for a new car to replace my 07 Toyota Corolla. I started out returning to the Toyota dealership in Toms River where the car was purchased from, since they told me they offer a loyalty incentive (they don't). Was very unhappy with how I was treated there, and they also told me I could expect to tack on about $5k to the window stickers for "inflation adjustments" in addition to the standard taxes and fees I'd pay at any dealership. I then went over to Honda to check out the Civic. Again, sales reps were unfriendly, and gave me a quote of almost $10k over MSRP due to inflation, etching on the glass, and several other fees. I left them too, and went down the line to the Nissan dealer. The atmosphere and salesman I dealt with (Anthony- I don't see his name on the list to rate) were much more friendly than the other dealers I went to. The MSRP price on the window sticker is also the price you pay (aside from the standard taxes and fees you will pay at any dealership); there were no hidden/tacked on fees. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Sentra. I am happy with the car and with how I was treated there. Would recommend and would return in the future.
