Just bought a new Dodge Durango, love it so far but only have 300 miles on it and can't say much other than it being really nice to drive, very comfortable. Dodge styling far exceeds the other SUV's out there.

Had so many bad experiences with supposed deals online just be be lied to when arriving at the dealership. Mark was great to deal with and was up-front on pricing. We had a deal in place online and when arriving at the dealership, there were no games. He backed what he said and because of that we purchased a vehicle from him.

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Machens CDJR after about 55,000 miles to get checked out for a new set of tires. They were probably borderline on needing replacement. In retirement, we’ve begun traveling more and more. Tim DeHart in service measured the tread, told me it’s time to think of replacement but they “were not broken yet.” I appreciated Tim’s expertise and experience and not “selling” me when replacement was not absolutely necessary. He got the new tires and had them installed for me the next day.

10/29/25 Shortly after arriving at my campsite in Inverness FL I experienced with the fuel injector in my 2022 Silverado 2500HD/4 W Drive Truck. I located the Love Chevrolet dealership and brought my Truck in ASAP. The Service Dept was welcoming and arranged for my Truck to be looked at ASAP. The SVC Mgr arranged for transportation at no charge back to my hunting campsite. My Truck was ready first thing in the AM on 10/31. Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening.
