Used 2023 Dodge Durango for sale near Las Vegas, NV

I came in for an oil change and walked out with a brand new 2025 Equinox. Amos, David and Matrell were amazing. The staff from the salesmen to the financial team to the porter, were very professional, courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. They didn't pressure me at all to make the deal. I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Mr. Epino, I am compelled to write this review in explaining my experience with the service department, and most notably Ms. Ashley Williams, on July 26, 2022. The issue was the inability to raise the roof on my 2006 Cadillac XLR. Ms. Williams, because of her tenacity and willingness to go a step further resolved this issue with little or no trouble. The problem arose when I had to have my battery charged and placed back in my car. The windshield apparently has to be recalibrated to allow electrical systems to operate. My top is now functional and Findlay did not charge me for their work. Instead of leaving my car overnight and receiving an invoice in the thousands I got my car back that morning without a single penny being charged. Talk about a fantastic experience! Findlay will continue to service my Cadillacs going forward and my service rep of choice will be Ashley Williams.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

The service rep was professional and friendly. The service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee was good.

Amel Sinanovic the Service Advisor was great to work with, unfortunately my truck required repairs over the Christmas holiday while I was traveling to relatives in Las Vegas. He was very upfront and communicative on the diagnostic and eventual repair process. The truck was delivered the day before Christmas, he expedited the diagnostics to be completed the day after Christmas with the repair and delivery of the truck completed the following day. If I lived in Las Vegas I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to Towbin Dodge Ram, especially with quality people like Amel Sinanovic in the Service Department.

I love my new Chrysler 300. Thanks to Cameron. He was amazing and honest. He was a pleasure to work with. Amber was amazing too. I feel great that I bought a car here. I know I can call and ask anything and I will be helped without any BS. Thank you guys :)

Thank you to my sales guy Jeremy Franco and the sales manager Chris Montana. They helped me and my family get into a more family friendly vehicle. They treated us like family and helped me out thanks to being a combat veteran. This dealership is very veteran friendly and family oriented.
