I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. We have been car shopping for about four weeks. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has been the greatest experience ever. Honored their online price and ran everything through my pre approval. I think it all has to do with salesperson. I sent Joe the info online, he answered, sent my pre-approval, he got it prepped, we were out the door in three hours This was awesome!
