My search for a car was very strategic so when it came time to buy, I already knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Doug was able to put my work to reality, and now I am a proud owner of my FIRST Chrysler product. Because I was pressed for time, and very particular, I had my doubts, especially having talked to so so many people responding to my request for information. The entire transaction was handled like text book, find what you want, talk to Doug, sign and drive. The way car buy is supposed to be in the next generation of eCar buying. The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!

I was happy with with the service overall. Tim returned my calls when I left a message. They replaced power steering pump, valve cover, and left front caliper. The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.
