I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

The service department has been transformed with top-notch customer service from Dane. He has done a great job keeping me updated on some major repairs. He is a true customer advocate. Thank you!

My service Nathan Pace and Melissa Coats really took care of me during the New Year Eve and Day.Car was in the shop, but they made sure I could get something to drive to spend it with my mom,this is great customer service, also Darreane Highsmith (Customer Advocate) was very helpful for me also.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

The vehicle matched the description exactly. They shared a Carfax report right away and even sent extra photos upon request. Everything—from the extended warranty to taxes and fees—was explained clearly and upfront. Since I came with my own financing, I can’t speak to their loan options, but the rest of the process was smooth and pressure-free. We made the trip from Charlotte and it was well worth it. I’d gladly purchase from them again.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

I had an appointment on August 20th for a recall on a 2022 Ford F150. I arrived early and Dane Hedgepeth took me as soon I walked in. They checked the recall and Dane came and got me, explained everything to me and was very polite, helpful, and gave me a card in case I had any questions. He is so asset to Classic Ford of Smithfield.

we had a horrible experience with a couple other dealerships in south Carolina and north carolina . we have been looking for a truck for months and thought we found a couple so we drove to moore county and on the way there they sold the prospective truck as we were pulling on to their lot out from under our feet . we had check in hand and coming in to look at and test drive they knew we were on the way to do so . they never told us someone else was in the process of buying it they just told us it was still available and to come on out they didn't even show us another truck or something equivalent frustrated and upset we drove 45 minutes one way to not see a truck we drove home . Next day we were alerted of another truck this time in south carolina so we drove another 100 miles the oposite way with check in hand to look at another prospective truck. only to get there and realize they weren't honest about the mileage or that the truck was used . they also failed to tell us that it had pulled a travel trailer entirely too big for that type of truck which raised suspicions about the condition of the truck. they also tried getting more money out of us than what they instructed our bank lender to write the check for if we decided to buy. we asked to speak with the manager at this chevy dealership he said he has been working on this since we called and knew all about the situation , but when we brought up the fact we weren't comfortable buying something that was used and had hauled something too big he was furious and didnt like to be called a liar. he also said that he was sorry we wouldn't pay the extra 300 dollars to make the deal go through . being an older couple we were tired and frustrateddthat a upstanding dealership in south carolina treated us the way they did . so we left and called the bank lender and explained what had happened she started looking for us herself and found john hiester Chevrolet of Lillington and told us to call and give it a try before we gave up . they had a brand new 23 chevy truck and it was less money. we called and was directed to ashley whom was very nice and understanding she told us she was on it and would get back to us. the next day i called back on the truck and they made the ball roll right away . we started out that afternoon 80 miles the other way hoping this was not another goose chase . we went up test drove and did paperwork on our new Silverado pickup truck much better price and way more better experience. thank you so much for your courteous professional and kind treatment it made the other 2 dealerships and frustration go away . best car buying experience ever in our 49 years of buying and driving a car . this place deserves a reward of excellence !!!!!!!!!! ive already recommended this dealership to 3 other people thank you to everyone we cant remember all your names we met that night but everyone was very nice and patient and understanding made the whole buying process worth the trip.

I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

I have been searching for a AMG since June, 2022. I have been dealing with the mark up of these cars that go against what banks value them. One after another I end up passing a deal on one due to the owner not having the title in hand, price and delayed responses from sellers. Frustrated, I decided to do my daily web search for a AMG and calm the nerves. Little do I find, a car I once owned. Back in 2020 I ended up having to sell a few of my cars due to medical reasons and expenses. One of them was a 2005 SLK55 AMG, which I had worked on personally rebuilding/improving the Roadster. I never thought I would see this car again until I found it on John Heister's website, which this Dealership was located in North Carolina nearly 1825 miles away. I contacted the dealership quickly hoping it wasn't pending sale. John(Sales) who I had first contact with, listened to my story about the vehicle including my past ownership. I went over the details of the worked performed and the modifications I have done to the SLK. He was intrigued with my story and was interested in helping me buy this car back. Now in most cases dealing with price is always the harder end when buying a vehicle but John made it easy, working with his Sales Manager they both gave me the green light on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was so happy and with John's constant communication throughout the buying process and getting the car ready for transport I was beyond exhilarated. This was a effortless experience compared to other Dealers who have only seen customer's as a Dollar sign walking through the door or in this case thru a website haha. Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.
