I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

Battery terminal kept corroding so took our car in. They took care of the terminal and replaced the battery. Eddie handled everything great. I’m always treated like family at Maus Nissan.

I'm not used to such a normal looking car. I wish it had 20's on it and don't stripes! Coming from 3 challengers to the hornet was a bit of a switch. But I got the GT which made it easier. This little turbo engine does 0-60 in the blink of an eye. And his 70 around the S turns with agility. Surprising brings it's listed as a station wagon on my insurance card. LOL. I GOT THE Gray Clay with black interior - black wheels- Harmon Karmin stereo and it rocks and raps! A nice sunroof. It's still not my Challenger.. But my grand kids didn't for in the back with my Aussie. So it's a win win for everyone. I'll get my Challenger again. But in the mean time it's like a compact Durango. Almost as quick too.

Tom was very helpful however the new rule that F250 trucks have to go elsewhere to just be inspected is ridiculous. Plus I don’t think havin to wait two hours for a inspection when you’re the first in line is not acceptable

Was shopping for a truck and went to several larger dealerships who all were playing games. A friend recommended Novak. The showroom was super clean as so was the vehicle I was looking at. My salesman was upfront and not pushy at all. What you see is what you get . They gave a fair deal on my trade and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I came to Honda of Fort Myers to look at a vehicle and was kindly introduce to Travis. He truly was a wonderful salesman to work with. He took his time and povided great knowledge and support without putting pressure to buy. He made sure to walk me through the process best as possible. That being said. Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.

Availability of appointments was excellent. Appointment was handled promptly. Everything was explained in detail & in language that was layman friendly. Work was completed promptly and competently. Would recommend without reservation.

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. My sales associate, Griffin, was extremely helpful - patiently answering my questions and providing me with information that I was looking for. Hopefully we'll be able to cross paths again sometime!
