I'm not used to such a normal looking car. I wish it had 20's on it and don't stripes! Coming from 3 challengers to the hornet was a bit of a switch. But I got the GT which made it easier. This little turbo engine does 0-60 in the blink of an eye. And his 70 around the S turns with agility. Surprising brings it's listed as a station wagon on my insurance card. LOL. I GOT THE Gray Clay with black interior - black wheels- Harmon Karmin stereo and it rocks and raps! A nice sunroof. It's still not my Challenger.. But my grand kids didn't for in the back with my Aussie. So it's a win win for everyone. I'll get my Challenger again. But in the mean time it's like a compact Durango. Almost as quick too.

Well just a quick note on Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram used car department. My experience with JR was a pleasure even though I didn’t purchase the used vehicle because of the size which JR was very understanding. The potential vehicle was being service and JR went above and to let me see it any since I was all ready there which I felt was great . He also recommended other options for me to consider without pressure tactics which I appreciate. I would highly recommend him as a sales person 100% .

We now have 40K miles on ours. We have had small issues such as a coolant leak and a blown speaker but all were covered at no cost under warranty. Performance is great. There are a few software bugs that have been getting resolved with updates.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Though it took a few hours, which buying a car normally will, my sales person, Evans, made sure that I had snacks and water if I needed them. As a first time buyer, they helped me through the process and got me the best deal. I was able to go home with a brand new car! They explain everything so well. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
