This is my 2nd Journey and I was so happy with the 2014 that when I upgraded, I decided to get another one. I've only had this for a month but have been very happy with it so far.

Purchased mines in 2021 brand new My daughter fell in love with it because she saw the 3rd row. She rode the 3rd row twice in 2 years. She said it’s too small and not comfortable. She loves the reclining back seats. I have found a few black pieces on the inside of the truck on the floor but don’t know where they detached from. The rear view camera is small and has worked my nerves. 98% of the time it’s upside down. Other than that I’ve enjoyed it

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

3 row seats is a plus. Extra room for gear and groceries next to the used 3rd row seat is cool. Air conditioning is super. No problems with mechanical or electrical yet. Ride comfort is real good. Getting over 20mpg in city. Hope to keep this car for many years.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. My wife and I had a great experience at Daytona CDJR. It started when I was contacted by Irish Dave when I inquired about a 2024 Ram truck online. Dave was attentive but not overwhelming. We worked through some details and I was very upfront on what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for. He assured me we were on the same page and eventually, I received a buyers order that was accurate. I drove 2.5 hours on Monday and the buying experience was smooth with no surprises. Manny the Greek in finance was quick and to the point. The entire experience was refreshing and enjoyable. This dealership has long term employees which means they have a great work culture. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff was friendly, competent and timely. They were aware of the recall,had the necessary parts in stock and completed the work while I waited … in a nice customer lounge.

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. To be honest although I have always been brand loyal, I was on the fence of buying another Chevrolet from recent experience. Salesman Jeff Wright and Finance Manager Billy Conyers get the credit for saving me and my family from jumping ship to the competitor. Jeff was great to work with, not overly aggressive the way that some salesman can be, and Billy who I have worked with for years was very knowledgeable and helpful as he has been many times in the past!

Deron is a great example of what a salesman should be. He is very knowledgeable and worked well with us to make the vehicle shopping and purchasing process go smoothly.
