My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

Bought new in October 2017. 85,000+ miles. Needs new set of tires (previous set went 40,000+ miles) and a new battery (original battery dying after 69 months). Otherwise just (full synthetic) oil changes and routine maintenance. 2.4L 4-cyl. engine/4-sp. automatic trans. runs strong. 21 MPG in town, 30 MPG on the highway. Good winter traction with the right tires. Nothing inside or outside has fallen off that wasn't helped off by road debris. I wanted basic transportation without all the bling - this vehicle has more than filled the bill.

Triple M motors was incredibly helpful. I was able to get rid of my broken down piece of junk and trade it in for a newer model. Danny provided me with very useful information that made my decision easy.

Mine is great on gas! I use mine for work, traveling + family and have experienced no issues besides having to fix front brake calipers. Runs + drives super smoothly. Interior is beautiful, everything works as it should. I only have a 114k miles on mine which is super nice.

I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.

This SUV meets all my needs. It has spacious third row seating, plenty of cargo storage compartments, several 12v plug ins, USB & aux ports. It rides smooth and the upright seating proves comfortable on long journeys! Its powertrain rates sluggish, but I beg to differ, it performs just as a V6 should.

For a vehicle with a third row, I was surprised at the mileage this vehicle gets as compared to my Buick Enclave. Rides very smoothly also

He went above and beyond and through every obstacle that possible came my way. This car purchase was an early birthday gift to myself and I am so happy with my decisions.

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

Finally I enjoyed the car buying experience! Bob Pearson understood our out of state trip had a tight window to look at the car. He made sure it was ready for a test drive after a thorough description of the features. He explained everything in detail and continues to answer texts about settings on the car after the purchase. This is an organization built for customer service. Isral Leiva made the paperwork and financial transaction seamless. You won’t be sorry starting here when vehicle shopping. Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

I've had my 2015 Dodge Journey AVP for 4 and a half years now and I've Never had any mechanical issues what so ever. Just normal wear and tear, like tires, an alignment, wiper blades and oil changes is all I've had to do. I gets pretty good gas mileage and handles snow like a champ, being front wheel drive. I'd recommend this vehicle to anyone wanting a good reliable SUV. It's not like my Denali that I lost in a rear-ended crash, but it's a solid vehicle!!!

Its a great vehicle for smaller families. I have 4 children under 10 and can fit everybody in ALMOST comfortably. The 3rd row seating leg room is very tight. Other than that, it's great. Not the fastest vehicle. But its not slow and has enough grunt to pass anybody in a timely manner. Seats are supportive with mild bolstering in the front. The audio system is good enough that im not constantly thinking about upgrading it. In fact the stock speakers have very clear definition at higher levels which kind of blew my mind a bit. All in all its been a very reliable car.

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

I love our Journey! Just purchased it with low mileage. The R/T sure does make me love it more! Very comfy leather seats and a great entertainment system. My only complaint is the gas mileage. Seriously! I owned a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan and it had way better mileage! That being said the Journey is still the best vehicle I've ever owned.

At 65,000 miles, our Journey has been excellent. The 3.6L V6 with the 6-speed have been nothing but great. I also really love the styling, especially with the black top package. The ride quality is great too. My only complaint is the infotainment system. It's a little outdated and the Bluetooth connectivity is problematic. So basically, my opinion is in complete disagreement with cars.com. haha! I would definitely but a Journey again.

Hector was amazing. He was honest in his review of the car I bought and made sure I was the first to see the car after it came back for detailing. When I left with my new car I noticed the front driver's side light was out, Hector had me bring it in th3 next Saturday and personally made sure it got done. We loved this car as my wife ordered it for herself for a Retirement Gift to herself! Had a "FEW" problems, but all got fixed! Not sure WHY Dodge quit making this model. They NEEDED to UPGRADE IT and it would have SOLD BETTER!
