I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

I love everything about it. It has enough room for my family and is still a luxury vehicle. I never thought I never thought I would fall in love with a mini van
The wait time is the worst. I have to wake up extra early every time I need to get an oil change trying to be the first in line. But the people are great! They try to help make your wait comfortable. They have free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and have been getting it serviced here since then.

I've had the car for a week and so far am loving it. I love the way it looks and it drives - no sharp/jarring brakes or gas. Plenty of power when I need it, love the technology. The bluetooth phone pairing is really easy to set up and the audio quality is great - better than talking on the phone directly. It does a great job understanding regular speech the first time and I've not yet had to repeat a command, very intuitive. It has USB ports and regular chargers, Android Auto/Uconnect makes it easy to use all of your phone's familiar apps. I also like how you sit up a bit higher than most cars, helps with visibility. The one thing I wish it had was blind-spot monitoring. That would be helpful but overall for the price I can't complain.
I felt Josh was knowledgeable, honest and straightforward about the strengths and weaknesses of the car, as well as the price. I felt good when I purchased my vehicle and didn???t second guess my choice or the purchase price.

John was fantastic! The whole experience was great and not overwhelming. John wasn???t pushy he worked with what I wanted and help me get into an even newer model of the car I was looking at, still in my budget. I had two friends looking for cars and already pointed them in the direction of Bettenhausen! Plus the office staff is super friendly which just makes the experience even better.

Black top edition 2018 Durango GT. We love this vehicle. The navigation is easy to use the huge screen on the stereo system is awesome. The whole system is easy to use and user friendly. The interior is awesome grey leather heated seats and steering wheel combined with the remote start. Means no more jumping into a cold vehicle on the very cold days. The interior is very well laid out from cup holders to the smoke supply of storage boxes throughout the vehicle. Very comfortable. The black top edition exterior speaks for itself. Rhe new hood scoop dodge added is a awesome look on these SUVs. I get thumbs up from a lot of drivers on the road. The dual exhaust sounds great and this thing has zero lack of power. The handling is amazing for an SUV. We couldn't have asked for better looking better functioning SUV for our family. Oh and guys you can look cool in a family SUV. This is the one.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!

I truly can???t put into words how impressed I was with this dealership and my salesman, Adam! Adam was so attentive, patient, personable and thorough every step of the way. He truly made my entire experience easy and enjoyable. He treated me like a person and not just a customer, everyone at this dealership did. I had an awful experience at another dealership and after the incredible service I received here, I honestly can say I???ll never go somewhere else! I never used to like minivans but now that I own one I don't know how I lived without it. Plenty of leg room, comfy seats, seats 7 so we can take the grandkids in one vehicle. It has the stow n go seats so I can still haul things. Absolutely loving it!!

The Journey exceeds all our family needs!! Plenty of room up front and the 2nd row. 3rd row suited for kids. Very good ride and love the steering! It turns like a small suv but has the room and comfort of a larger suv. The engine is plenty peppy enough for me. Had it fully loaded with people over the Christmas holidays to go look at lights. Had no trouble accelerating to get on the the highway or keeping up with traffic. The so-called experts are so far off!!! Absolutely love it!!!
Mark went through all the features of the car and was able to answer all my questions. Appreciate his effort and how easy the whole thing was.

If you up for Large muscle classic sedan, you simply have no choice, it is one of a kind. Oh, sure, for x3 $$$ amount you can get BMW 7-series but will you be able to? :) Power, Torque, no turbo and no turbo lag, regular gas, 8-speed automatic with SXT Plus package... Imagine Heated Coffee, cooled Cola, remote start with pre-heated seats and automatic climate in the winter, seats and mirrors with memorry adjust themself before you even open the door... you never pull keys out of your pocket, ever! Bumps on the road.. what bumps...? Gears shifting... what gears? .. I can continue... but i wont. go get one!
Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!

My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.

Love the car overall minus comfortability with seating yet it's a sports car so not expecting much. Also, I went larger with rims for show but if traveling, not suggested as makes handling a bit harder.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
