My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

Love all of the features of this journey and the built in coolers in the floor is awesome very comfy and roomey so many cool features love my journey.❤

Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

I've had my 2015 Dodge Journey AVP for 4 and a half years now and I've Never had any mechanical issues what so ever. Just normal wear and tear, like tires, an alignment, wiper blades and oil changes is all I've had to do. I gets pretty good gas mileage and handles snow like a champ, being front wheel drive. I'd recommend this vehicle to anyone wanting a good reliable SUV. It's not like my Denali that I lost in a rear-ended crash, but it's a solid vehicle!!!

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

This is my 2nd Journey and I was so happy with the 2014 that when I upgraded, I decided to get another one. I've only had this for a month but have been very happy with it so far.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

I actually bought the vehicle I had been the most interested in since March. I made an appointment, the salesman met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in with the air running ready for a test drive. It was perfect! We added a tonneau to the package, agreed on a price for the trade-in and the purchase price for the truck I bought. We arranged for the insurance, the installation of the tonneau and for a pick up time at my convenience. All was done in a matter of 2 hours! We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.

I absolutely love my Journey!! I live in Michigan and the roads can be very slippery and have a lot of snow at times. This vehicle handles so well in the winter !!

Bought new 2014 and have lifetime warranty that only costs me $100.00 to fix it. I have already paid for the warranty and more. Knock on wood. Only 80,000 miles on it and looks great!

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

3 row seating, v-6, 6 speed automatic, keyless entry, pb start averaging 23 mpg, comfortable on long trips all for less than $25K out the door

I brought my 2014 Dodge Journey limited 2 years ago, absolutely love it. I take it in for regular maintenance and everything runs great. It is speedy and feels like you are floating down the interstate. Love the 2 row seating, the back row that folds down and the HUGE trunk area. There is also soo much storage in this thing. Only issues I have had with it is my rear tow just went out and I have a small exhaust leak. But I will not trade this thing in until she dies. This is the best car I have owned. Heated steering wheel and seats, outlets in back, power seats, rearview backup camera and the sunroof are all awesome. For the price you pay you really get more than what you think. Put new tires, rims, brakes and rotors and now it looks even better. So happy with it

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

We loved this car as my wife ordered it for herself for a Retirement Gift to herself! Had a "FEW" problems, but all got fixed! Not sure WHY Dodge quit making this model. They NEEDED to UPGRADE IT and it would have SOLD BETTER!

This suv is so spacious in seating which does take away from trink but I have 3 rows that seats up to 8 people all with seatbelts. My 6ft. Son can get in and out without any problems. Nice radio for factory, my version was equipped with bluetooth but does have a aux port. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with it.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

The vehicle has performed fantastic since our purchase. The price for this vehicle is was well below the price of a new car and in comparison it is nearly brand new. My only complaints are that it did not come with a license plate frame for the front of the vehicle which is illegal in the state that I live in. This should have been provided by the dealer. Also the radio jumps up to high volume when the car is first started even after turning off the accelerator controlled volume function. Pain in the arse cause it scares our little one every time we start the car. Other than that this car appears to be a good buy on our part.

I bought my 2013 journal avp brand new, and now have 123,000 miles on it. Haven't even changed brakes yet. Still original brakes on it. Just regular maintenance, had minor issues, wheel bearing, throttle body, and new battery and tires. Great car, comfortable. 4 cylinder engine is good on gas but very sluggish. Definitely would recommend V6 engine.

I love it! It's comfortable and big for my family. It rides smoothly and I love the heated seats. It will be nice in our cold winters. I feel safer for the winter months worth the AWD.
