From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued. I never felt rushed or like the only goal was to close the deal — and that is exactly how car buying should feel. We are a Chevy family, and as long as Ron Tonkin continues to have people like Elijah, Ryan, and Christian, we will absolutely be back — especially when my husband is ready to trade in his Silverado. I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. It has over 400,000 miles on it. It has the original engine and transmission. The engine does not smoke and still has really good performance

Great truck had several accidents in it worse was at 60 -70 on hiway i hit the concrete devider. Only bent bumper in a lil. I had to pull out the bump a lil so wheel wouldnt rub. Still drive like a champ.

This has been one of the most reliable vehicles i have owned. Interior plastics could have been a little better, but not much to complain about. It has plenty of power to tow what you want. Plenty of room to take your friends and their gear. What more could you want from a truck?

I have been looking for transportation for my son for at least a month. Not in a hurry right now, but out of all the places I have been, I am most impressed with Das. Skylar was the online contact and was very responsive and works in the office. Angie was friendly and we enjoyed a nice multi speed test drive in my favorite Honda CRV. I think she has been there 29 years, and that give me confidence. I also like they provide clean Carfax papers on all the cars. The manager was very knowledgeable and was able to provide additional information on the different transmissions available, and explained ones I would not want and why. I had read about transmission issues on a year and he knew about it and explained! Yay! Have not purchased yet but would confidently when we find the right car. The location was clean and staff informative. I will keep them on speed dial for our next purchase.

I was reluctant to go to small lots because of all the stereotypes but they had the car I wanted and Bo responded quickly to my internet search.During the test drive I made the decision to buy if I could arrive at a satisfactory price.I had it all written out on a notebook the price I was willing to pay and the taxes the only thing I didn’t figure in was the prep fee we basically split the difference and closed the deal.I financed part of the car and got a good rate.Bo was great I told him I didn’t want any pressure and I received none.

Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. He was very welcoming and didn’t push any aspect of the deal on me whatsoever. He was extremely patient and very easy to work with. He made my buying experience extremely easy and fun which was a blessing because of all the stress I was feeling over my situation.

Out of state buyer, I purchased my 1970 Ford Torino. My sales person was Terry throughout the whole process. Not sure other buyers in past didn’t do their research before buying but overall this company and sales person Terry took care of me and worked with me. I hired a Mechanic to look at the vehicle we came to an agreement that satisfied both of us. Had my car delivered and was very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much. I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.
