So far I put 230k miles on my truck. Other than a few expected replacement parts I have had no major repairs, only standard maintenance. It has tremendous power, idles and runs smooth, shifts solid, quiet in the cab and smooth ride on pavement. The interior has held up VERY well, no rattles or broken knobs etc.

Good experience, did not buy truck because of last owner and too much cigarette smell. Also the driver seat did not go high enough that I could see over the hood. Yes, I am vertically challenged.....

I bought the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Mega Cab Diesel Heavy Duty as a dealer demo with 8,000 miles on it. Didn't need a mega cab but needed to replace my 1996 so they offered it to me for a deal I couldn't refuse. I have to say, it's a monster and I love it! Have had minimal issues other than the ECM going out at 110,000 miles and Dodge wouldn't warranty it. It tows anything I hook up to and with diesel prices in CA, I can brag about 17 to 21 mph around town and 27 to 30 on hi ways. Towing can cut mpg in about half, if you get stuck in slow lane up a grade, but still, who can boast about that with 195k miles on it today. I agree with the reviews on parking and turn ratio but I can back it in easier than doing a 3 point pull in at any parking lot. How's that for lady with a big truck!!

Awesome Truck. The only thing I have issues with is the rear brakes and keeping the adjusted. Other than that GREAT Truck! The engine is very tough, strong and reliable. Pulls like a tank and best of all I get 23 plus mpg on the highway and around 16-18 in town.

I purchased my truck new on Dec 31, 2002. It is an 03 crew cab, short box, Cummins HO, 6 speed manual. I still own it today with 315,000 miles very few repairs, oil change every 5K, 3 front end rebuilds, one water pump, a fan clutch, a new drivers seat pad and bottom cover, and a steering gear box. Surprisingly enough, I still have factory injectors. Absolutely the best truck I have ever owned BY FAR. Still gets up to 27 MPG and can pull just about anything you hook onto it. still looks new inside and out. I recently converted it to a dually to make it even more stable pulling my fifth wheel. Seems to be worth more today than what I paid for it 20 years ago.

Drove from California to Arkansas pulling heave xxx 39 foot enclosed trailer has plenty of power tow /haul and engine brake excellent for slowing it down quick 105000 miles it squeaks on front end embarking for such a beautiful truck wd and hitting all zeros with fresh lube did nothing dodge. Should repair for free all Bush I ngs ans ball joints good inn er tie rods worn other than that it walks all over Ford super duty and gets 28mpg when not pulling a trailer

I have had to rebuild/replace the transmission 4 times in 325,000 miles. I have been told by several mechanics that this is common problem with Dodge pickups. Also I had to replace the engine @ 125,000 since I did not recognize the serious carbon buildup in the oil pan and dipstick as being caused by malfunctioning engine. And dealers said nothing was wrong until engine died beyond warranty. Paint on cab top and hood flaked off at 10 year point, required repainting. This truck driven 90% highway.

The service was good, took a little longer as anticipated and the estimate was lower compared to what I had to pay. But overall I will go back.

This truck met all of my needs especially for hauling my 24' RV Trailer. It is ;heavy duty and has more power than we need, to do all that we want to do.

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

Mine has 260k on the miles and still runs like it has 50k on it. Tows great. Looks great. Sounds great. My fav vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Truck has 37" tires and handles the road great. Pulls my 38' trailer with no problem. Comfortable and sounds great. I would recommend this truck to anyone that wants the comfort with the strong pulling power this hemi has.

Plenty of power and torque. Easy to work on for the DIY guys. Upgades are fairly simple to install and plenty of room under the hood to navigate.

The truck is only being upgrade because we have upgraded to a bigger 5th wheel camper has been a great truck and is in great condition after 9 years

I wanted a specific 2026 model Ridgeline. My local dealer told me it would take 3-4 months to get it; but, they weren't sure. Corwin Honda said they would have it in 3-4 weeks and they did; so I drove 2 ½ hours to buy the car from them. I got a fair deal, not the best deal ever but then they were the only dealer that had the car I wanted. The people I dealt with were helpful. The salesman, Jake, covered my new Ridgeline thoroughly and made the 2 ½ hour drive home a lot easier. He has also been available for any follow up questions that have come up. Bought the truck for the 5.9 Cummins motor and its sound. I am very pleased with the truck. bought a 2007 with 93K miles on it in 2021, body was mint, Florida truck, no rust. I am pleased with it so far, only minor issues and ones I can repair in my home garage.

I have 411,988 miles in my 2005 dodge ram Laramie 4x4 6 speed Cummins diesel.. For an 05 it’s unusually loaded… power leather heated seats factory moonroof factory blue tooth navigation … I don’t know of any option not ordered. This truck runs and drives absolutely amazingly. Only second clutch second set of injectors.Original fuel delivery offers no issues … I service myself with only the best OEM or better parts .Custom dual exhaust sounds awesome…Id drive it anywhere anytime.Have 411k in this and 352k on my 2004 Hemi ram…. I call them my Semi and my Hemi…750,000 miles between the 2 and both original drivetrains…. Love it when people say Japanese cars are the best… I say look at my 2 Dodge odometers!!!

The newer cummins 6.7l diesels have a variable turbocharger, which is not as reliable. They are also strangled by extensive pollution devices including DEF fluid. These modern additions do NOT add to reliability and most definitely negatively affect fuel economy. This truck and engine combination will run forever.

I own a landscape business and there is nothing this truck can't pull. 9,000 lb dum trailer with skid steer to enclosed cargo trailer...truck does it all. Runs good and has huge gas tank so only have to fill up once a week. After owning this truck, I will never have a gas work truck again...no comparison.

I never enjoyed buying vehicles but Dan, and Royal Automotive, completely changed my views! I bought a 2017 F-250 at a great/no-haggle price, and couldn't have been happier! A little over a week later... CHECK ENGINE light comes on... you can imagine the feeling! Long story short- ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE has your back!!! Dan immediately showed support and customer backing... And what turned out to be something absolutely no one could imagine happening to a low mileage truck- blown head gasket/potential cracked cylinder! They not only fixed this unfortunate and unforeseen issue, but completely replaced it within one week of the check engine light! WOW!! Dan and Royal Automotive put a new engine for me...completely covered!! This place truly wants to not only see you happy, but keep you happy for the future. I can honestly say for such a big issue on a new-used vehicle, I am as happy as a customer could possibly be. I WILL refer him to friends and family, and I WILL purchase from them again! Best Truck I ever owned. My 2005 Dodge 2500 5.9L Cummins has been truly tested. I bought this RAM brand new and its first task, after a 1000 mile break in, was to tow my 10,000 lb boat (270 Sea Ray + triple axle trailer) from Portland Oregon to Boston, MA. It was a perfect break in for the new 5.9L Cummins engine. But I don't just tow my boat. I use this truck as a daily driver (60 daily commute) + weekend warrior. On the weekends, we (wife and I) explore New England. I have been 4 wheeling in NH and ME while carrying two kayaks. It's runs great in the snow, mud, rocks and even on snowmobile roads. (That was unintentional - we found ourselves on a snowmobile trail by accident. But the 35 inch wheels got us out with no problem). BTW - I put 35 inch wheels on by only adding a 2.5 in leveler to the front end. No lift needed. Had to replace the transmission at about 125K, but had a local guy put in a bomber transmission. He custom builds transmissions for Truck Pulls. I did learn that Diesel fuel does gel in cold temps. We went skiing in NH and stayed in a hotel. I did not plug in the truck that night, but even if I did, it would not have mattered. It got down to -23F that night and then next morning the fuel in the truck was totally frozen. After working with AAA for an half hour we concluded that the cold temps fully gelled my fuel and while the product (Diesel 911) can de-gel the fuel in the tank, the fuel filer was still fully frozen. Had the truck towed (100 mi) back home. Put it in a garage for 2 days and it started without a problem. Now I treat the fuel whenever the temps drop below 32F. Best truck I have ever owned. They do salt the roads in the winter in New England, so I undercoat the truck with Fluid Film every year to prevent corrosion. I trust this truck will get me anywhere, anytime and in any temps. I plan to keep this truck for the rest of my life. That 5.9L Cummins will likely outlive me.
