i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

Never made it to Hayes. Was in Sacramento and bought a car that day but before making it to Roseville. The car at Hayes is an LX and I really wanted an EX. The person I talked to there was very helpful.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Bought this car new in July 2016, it has a been a great experience. It has 12,400 miles on it, and is barely broken in. Well engineered in my opinion.

Dave was excellent! When I reached out with questions, he answered promptly and was very helpful and courteous. After all the questions, it ended in me taking a day off work and making a 3 hour drive to test drive, and ultimately buy the car I was looking at. Dave was even more awesome in person! He was able to work with me and get me a great price on the car, AND he had one of his guys follow me to a rental place an hour away so I would be able to turn in my rental and start driving my new car right away! World class service in a small mountain town. 5 Stars our of 5! Highly recommend!

I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Bought 2006 Ram SLT 4x4. Still own it. 246k miles. Standard maintenance, shocks, struts, power steering pump. Little rust required. Truck is more than most can expect. I wanted a truck that would last and give good service.

Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. I test drove 4 cars in the roasting heat but finally bought one that I love. And didn’t break the bank. Thank you for the wonderful service today guys!!!!

I purchased my truck in 2005, had 92,000 miles on it. Still driving it today with 253,000 miles on it. Doesn't use any oil between changes. I have all the scheduled maintenance done when it's time. I live in Arkansas, wouldn't be afraid to get in my Dodge and drive to New York in it. The only complaint I have is that the dash is starting to crack really back and pieces of it is falling out. I love this truck!

My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

Great service! Depending on how much work they have, mechanics get your car done fast and make sure to let you know of any inconveniences they notice during multi point inspection. I was told to wait 2 months for a part, but my service advisor made it possible to get it in sooner.

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications. Ali also was mindful of the distance I traveled for my visit and did everything he could to give me an opportunity to buy the car within the restraints of their no holding vehicles or deposits policy. Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.
