My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

Dave was excellent! When I reached out with questions, he answered promptly and was very helpful and courteous. After all the questions, it ended in me taking a day off work and making a 3 hour drive to test drive, and ultimately buy the car I was looking at. Dave was even more awesome in person! He was able to work with me and get me a great price on the car, AND he had one of his guys follow me to a rental place an hour away so I would be able to turn in my rental and start driving my new car right away! I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

After a 3 year hiatus from a purchased maintenance agreement (2 from COVID, 1 from a broken right ankle that prevented me from driving for almost a year), I brought my Highlander to Auburn Toyota for the Magna and Diamond Shields I usually get annually. Donna Bender, my service adviser, was great! She let me drop off the car the evening before and called me as soon as the car was ready but allowed me to pick it up at my convenience. The staff that worked on my car did an amazing job, the best I've ever seen, and the car looks almost new again. Pretty exceptional for an 11 year old car that's been through four grandchildren and all our escapades! I am thoroughly impressed with Auburn Toyota and highly recommend them for service based on the quality of service I received. Thank you Donna and staff! You're awesome!

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

Did not purchase my 2022 Ram from this dealership, but have had all of its maintenance performed here. The staff is very friendly and very receptive to my requests. They advise of suggested service, but are not overly pushy and more conversational about the services they recommend and the reasoning behind their suggestions. Reasonable prices for services performed!

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Had mine 11 yrs. Bought in 2011 for 6k with 29000 mike's, yr 2002 3.0 sport , mint in siennarot red. Now has 36k miles, still mint , has a James bond theme numberplate related to "goldeneye" and wouldn't sell for 15k

I had a tremendous experience with this dealership. I wish I could have made a deal with them but alas it was not to be. The sales personnel were excellent. They were courteous, informative and up front with no pressure.

The car is great. The charging sucks. The MBUSA EQS Support is worse. MBUSA mis-represented the free charging and I think they should be called out for poor decisions. MBUSA added a concierge call in number but these people know less about the car and support services they I learnt in 2 months. You need a strong dealer and a good relationship with them to cover the mess MBUSA mad. Really love the car.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

Sporty and luxurious! Drives like a sports car but feels comfortable at the same time. Great car for the family as well. Tech is great also.

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

Reliable, comfortable, handles extremely well, it has power- very zippy. I have been very happy with this car, it has everything you need from a Cadillac.

I traded a '19 Corvette Z06 M7 even up for my '21 GLA45AMG. I expected a huge drop in performance from that 650 hp monster, but the Mercedes is quick, corners well, and the brakes are strong. The chassis is better sorted than the Z06's, steering and braking feel is better, and the firm ride isn't punishing, despite 255/35-21 tires. I'm still learning how everything functions, and much of it is convoluted and counterintuitive. Give me a month. The Burmester audio upgrade for $850 is a bargain, as opposed to other ludicrously overpriced options. I recommend Dynamic Plus even though mine doesn't have it. Upgrade leather seats are armchair comfy, but I wanted the better performance seats, which were hideously costly. I always buy high performance vehicles, and even after my last scary death chariot, this car is plenty.

Great little SUV, nice options as good as a more expensive luxury car. Smooth ride and very comfortable. I'd recommend this Jeep to anyone wanting a smaller SUV

We were looking for a low mileage, economical car for our son. After looking, and researching and test driving countless vehicles, we were able to find and purchase a very gently used 2010 VW Beetle! The car was clean-almost factory new inside/out with a great price and fairly low miles. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Miguel (Mo) and the Finance Guy were especially were able to process everything in such a timely manner, allowing my son to make it to work on time! Our son absolutely LOVES it! My parents have had a 2004 SE for 18 years. When taken proper car of, it will last. We have used it a few times to travel between Mexico City and Austin several times and have had little issues. Since Ive been able to drive, (3 or so years) I have pushed it a bit, but still no problems. Major repairs consist of changing out the clutch due to heavy use (that may be my bad) and new coils. It has the occasional whining serpentine belt, but has never broken down on us and keeps looking great. Despite the SE being front-wheel drive and a little over 100 hp, its super fun to drive because it's relatively light. I'm around 6 feet tall and have no trouble driving the car. You could probably be up to 6'5 and be comfortable. Air conditioning hasn't been the best experience in my opinion (Texas heat is something else) but we have never had to have any major repairs on it (white exterior also helps). The back seats are roomy enough, but there is no ac in the back, but because it's a smaller car, the ac works well enough. It has decent MPG and sits around 22 - 25 MPG. The ride could be better, though. Because it's a sports-ish car, it tends to not do great on bumps, and it is not very soundproof, so it's not a silent cruiser (although not a bad thing if you like to hear the engine). I have a cloth interior that makes sure that you don't stick to the seats, but the black interior color makes it hot in the summer. It's also not the most attractive design in the inside, but It's nothing to complain about. It's definitely a much more beautiful car on the outside (especially if you take care of it) and stands out as they are not very common. Overall: A great, fun, and reliable car. I'd especially recommend it as a first car, as it is safe (due to the FWD) and looks great. I'm not planning on buying another car for the foreseeable future.

Process was very simple. Moe the salesman had the car ready when we arrived. He let us go on the test drive and did not limit how long or how far. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We we're in and out in under 3 hours.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I was looking for an inexpensive car, and so it looked like I would have to find one with some extra miles to fit in my budget. When shopping I noticed that they didn't list the miles on many cars, but at these prices, you should expect at least 90,000 miles. These cars are priced like a private seller, but they have been gone through, and all of the paperwork and financing stuff was handled for me. One guy on the lot, but that probably keeps the prices low. Nice spot, good cars for the money.

Great car for the price. The warranty sold me and free oil changes for 3/36k miles. I LOVE IT! Kinda small, but doable in every way. I am a single mom with 2 children and we fit perfectly. Did I mention how awesome the warranty is. :)
