We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. We purchased a jeep grand cherokee trailhawk from another state and had a problem only with the hood factory decal . We went to our nearest jeep dealer and they were NOT helpful at all so we called the Cleveland dealership. We could not be happier with our service, and in fact we now service our Ram 2500 diesel there as well. It is an over the mountain 50 mile drive but worth the service. Milton and Candy Little

I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

Bought this Dakota Quad 4x4 new. It has the 4.7 V8. The absolute Best Truck I’ve ever owned. It’s still lookin and running like new with 250.000 miles on it. Never had any problems with it. It’s sitting in the drive way right now.
