Easy transaction with excellent two-way communication. The car was exactly as described (no surprises). Since it was an in-state transaction, the Diamond team made it super easy: the car was delivered with new plates and tags. All I have to do is wait for the title to arrive from the state. I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

This Challenger Hellcat is a little uncomfortable meaning its tight for legroom but 717 horsepower makes it fun with a 6.2 supercharged hemi engine. It looks so beatiful 10/10 would recommended.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

Had always liked the current Challenger. When the local dealers heavily discounted the 23s they had, I located one and bought it. I knew what I was getting, so no real surprises or major disappointments. My only nitpick would be that my car did not come with nav. I hate depending on cell based maps. But hey, I'm old enough to remember how to use a paper map. The performance pages option really does it for me. The cockpit has a great balance of old and new too. I would not have bought the car as a commuter vehicle. It is a great getaway car!

Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. I was some what nervous about buying a car sight unseen, even though,D & M provided many close up pictures, at many different angles of the Corvette, that I was looking at. I appreciated that. I am a detailed person, and will not buy a car with dents, or dings. After talking to Kevin, and Angie, a few times, they assured me that the car was MINT condition. I took a chance and ordered the 2014 Vett. They delivered, as promised. The car is immaculate. The whole buying process was very easy, and very professional. They even arranged a transport carrier, to deliver the car to me in Florida, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this dealership, and would buy from them again, as they specialize, in very low mileage cars, in only Excellent condition.
