2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Exterior interior design of this car is absolutely fantastic! I got the premium edition with the premium interior and performance package, including special front air, dam, and Brembo brakes in the front. I couldn’t be happier with this car and in love with it!!! the front seats are a little stiff. Maybe that’s because it only has 5000 miles on it? I just completed a 300 mile trip and loved every mile.

2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

2026 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

Had to take my 2022 Trax in for a problem with the rear window washer spray nozzle not working. The wiper was operating but no washer fluid was spraying out when needed. Found that the supply line was chewed open by probably a mouse that somehow made its way into the rear headliner. Not a warranty covered issue, but it was suggested to try to have the repair covered by my insurance. I checked with my agent and it was a covered repair. Made a 2nd appointment to have it fixed and was also offered a loaner vehicle since it may take awhile and I don't live real close to Outten. Car was repaired same day, and oil change also done. I have been reimbursed by my insurance so I was pleased with the repair and end result. This is a vehicle I am leasing from Outten.

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV car. Not sure if I love this car or the fact that it is an EV. What makes this a bit different from a Tesla is that it still reminds you of a regular car in terms of gear shifting controls and displays. My car is a premium trim, dual motor and long range battery extension, so if you get a lower trim, the experience might be slightly different.

I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. i purchased my first 2023 Mach premium rwd in 2026. it was used with 20,000 miles, great condition. live in Texas,(Houston). it drives smooth with great acceleration. have charging station at home, i have had it for 2 weeks and i am in love. I refused extended warranty with dealer but plan on purchasing thru granger warranty

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.
