Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.
My wife and I went through a process of specc'ing a Ferrari 488 Spider with Jeff Harley and had a blast doing so. He was able to work within our crazy schedules, and offered fantastic, low-pressure advice the entire way through the ordering process. It felt more like specc'ing a car with an impartial good friend than a traditional sales experience. Both Jeff and James Chou were exceedingly accommodating in helping to make sure that the 488 will be produced in a timeframe that works for me, which made me feel like I wasn't being subjected to the "dealer games" that I've experienced with some other high-end marques. Jeff also helped us to get into a pristine 2014 458 Spider which I absolutely LOVE. So, two different kinds of experience, same awesome service. This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
Curtis Hannah and Troy Inman were great in sales helping us get what we wanted and thanks to Jarrod Tofte for help with the media system.....a great team! We had a very good experience and would recommend The Ford House.

Very pleased with help I received from salesman Tom Wombacher. Facility was very pleasing and I was welcomed each time I visited with very friendly persons at the help desk. Tom was especially helpful in answering all my questions and guiding through the lease process.

Greeted by sales consultant who handled the transaction professionally. Lease completed at agreed upon quote. Wife and I are pleased with our Akron Mercedes-Benz experience.

A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at.
I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars.

I came in to service my 2012 Tiguan and left with a 2014 Tiguan!! Marek is a really good guy and he spoon fed me the whole way! I would not have done this if it was not for him!!!! I felt like it was a fair deal. I recommend Marek if you want transparency! Thanks Marek... You Rock!
