First, this dealership has a beautiful showroom and service area. Purchasing my car from Randy was a pleasure and seamless experience. Second, I have now had two services performed and my service advisor Luis is areal professional; they take my car in on time and it is ready on time and they explain all that will be done. The best is when you pickup the car the work has been done to perfection and the car has been washed/detailed when you get it. I have been a Customer of Ferrari PB for almost 10 years. Initially ,I had them serve my Maserati from up north. Frequently, my wife and I would wait for service just to walk around their show room. Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.

My purchase went relatively well considering I bought a car 800 miles away based on pictures and records from the dealership via internet. My sales rep, Geoffrey Taylor was very professional and helpful during the process.

I hate shopping for a car as much as anyone. Started with Mark Motors because it had a couple cars I wanted to test drive. Worked with Mario, who was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very easy-going. They didn't have exactly the car I'm looking for, but I will be checking back in with them frequently, as I have never had such a fantastic car-shopping experience. Beyond all that, their facility is gorgeous. I realize that equates to quite a bit of overhead baked into the prices of their cars, but it sure made for a great afternoon of looking.

As a proud customer of BAS, I am extremely delighted to disclose my positive experience to all customers who appreciate quality service. It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle.
