Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!

Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
My experience here was with Miguel Mejias and Daniel Peters both did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted and needed while also making the process fast and easy! I would definitely recommend Atlantic and I would definitely be a return customer!

I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
They responded quickly to my inquiries and set me up with a test drive. They gave me many options so I could make a choice that was best for me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Alan my salesman really knows his cars and was fantastic. If you want a mini here is the place to be!
I actually loved my car buying experience at this AR dealer. From my sales guy Patrick to the managers Erik and Jesse and even the Finance guy Chris, everyone delivered top notch service in a no pressure environment. They took the effort to find a vehicle with my exact specs. Any other dealer would try to sell you anything on the floor just to move their inventory. Not here. Their attentiveness and service matches what you expect from this luxury brand. They were respectful in deal negotiations with a healthy amount of give and take. I am even happier with my sexy new car given the quality of service I experienced.
I called this dealership because there were several open recall items for my truck. From start to finish of the process Brian in the service dept. treated me with the utmost respect and was very helpful. The work was scheduled and completed promptly with no issues. I am very pleased to say that my truck is now back in the green for recalls and they also completed a full inspection free of charge under my basic warranty and I feel safe knowing my vehicle has been fully checked out by the great mechanics at Larry H. Miller! These guys are the best!
