They are true to there word and offered me the best deal. I was so impressed with their professionalism, sincerity and I bought another bronco . With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Long after I made the decision to buy the two cars one month apart. Both sales people that sold me a car apiece did a good job and were very friendly.

I had a problem with my wheel locks. The mobile service team responded within an hour of my contacting them. They were very efficient and professional.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Very friendly and helpful. The whole dealership is professional. It is appreciated! Especially with a new product Like the Mach E. I was really nervous about taking the car for its first service. But it went great! I even got to talk to the technician that was working on my car , very knowledgeable with the new technology. Thank you.

My car ( Mustang Mach E) unexpectedly developed issues. I called George Wall immediately. Their service staff seamlessly scheduled my appointment for the next day. When I dropped my car off for service, I was able to get a ride back to my house. I was kept informed about what was wrong with my car as well as the progress. When finished, all work was explained to me and the car was delivered back to me. Since moving to Monmouth County, George Wall has been my go to place for all car related issues because they are professional, friendly and all work is done well. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
