New and used 2026 Ford Bronco for sale near Carol Stream, IL

Just got my Mustang serviced for some recalls. This place was so on top of everything! Excellent communication, easy scheduling, speedy service. I’m very happy after experiencing terrible service at a different nearby Ford dealership.

Our experience with this dealer was great! All were friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Israel was exceptionally helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership was gorgeous!

The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.

My experience was phenomenal from the ONE AND ONLY AMEN AND THE FINANCIAL MANAGER HIS NEPHEW great customer service they had provided us a lot of options and me and my wife walked out with 2 cars MOST DEFINITELY BUYING ANOTHER CAR FROM THESE SPECIFIC PEOPLE BECAUSE THEIR ARE BRUTALLY honest and they don?t play games when helping out the community we need more people like them and encourage ford to give them A HUGE APRAISE AND RECOGNITION

Ryder - Porter Ryder is the man! I live an hour away and he drove my truck back and forth several times while they were completing some upgrades. He would drop off a loaner and take my truck. No complaints. Professional and a great asset to the team! These GUYS ROCK! They don't get enough credit for the hard work and effort put in on a daily basis dealing with the public. I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

I found the salesman and the manager to be very helpful. Also, they were very good at communicating and getting everything taken care of in a very orderly and timely fashion.
