I love the fact that they offer service to come to the house and do an oil change and the service was done done in a timely manner, and there was no mess that they changed my oil in front of my house

Everything went well, speedy service, knowledgeable advisor, kept me informed of the progress upon completion, reassured me that repairs were being completed, priced reasonably for the service being provided

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

We bought a truck from here and used salesman Justin Phillips. What a great salesman! And a great place to buy a vehicle! We will definitely be buying from here going forward!

We went to Ennis Ford to get my wife a new car. She ended up buying a New Escape which she loves. Greg was our salesman and he went above and beyond the norm for us. We came in after 5 and even thought it was closing time they stayed u til the end so that we could drive home our new car. Thanks Ennis Ford for all they you do. I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now.
