I was recuperating at home after a stay in the hospital during a very cold snap and the battery in my Escape went bad. I called Liberty Ford in Vermilion about having a Mobile Tech come to my home to replace the battery. At first i was told the earliest someone could come out would be the following day. It wasn't 15 minutes later I received a call from one of the Service advisors and she told me that there was a Tech who could come out and replace my battery the same day. To me that is true customer service.

Our salesmen were very helpful and patient showing us how to use all the features. It was the best car buying experience we've had. No pressure.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Fantastic experience, no hassle worked with me to get to the payment I was comfortable with. Didn?t aggressively push options or warranties. First new vehicle I have ever bought and last from a dealership since 2007. Expected a hassle and horrible experience but had the opposite.
