Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!

Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. I purchased a nice used vehicle from this dealership and had a good experience. It took a bit too long to wrap up the paperwork but I guess that’s to be expected. All in all I highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased a Ford fusion with low mileage, battery dead in 4 or 5 days after purchase.Returned and found out the module for the radio was draining the battery prematurely.John,our service manager, ordered the module and had it replaced within 2 days.The car is for my daughter,who also uses the car for my 5 year old grand daughter,and I wanted to be insured that the vehicle would be reliable.Thank you John,to you and your team for helping resolve this issue,we are greatful.Jerry Schwartz

Easy and down to earth people. Love the car. Although they were out of bottles of water and no popcorn even though there was a machine there. It makes it look like they are just props.
