I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! And I appreciated that tremendously. A few weeks later we decided it was the right vehicle for her and I gave him a call and he won our business.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around.
