Got callback from sales person within few hours. He was nice. Did test drove and made offer. Unfortunately, vehicle sold when called next day. Service facility is ok, they do service fast, but quite expensive.

He is always helpful in explaining service recommendations--anything urgent/safety issues and things that can wait a little longer. I appreciate that very much. Everyone is always courteous and helpful and competent.
From the time I entered the dealership, I felt very comfortable. The salesperson was very friendly and had no problem bringing multiple vehicles up for me to look at. I actually ended up buying a different vehicle than what I came to look at. Their price was very competitive and even the interest rate they got me beat out my military banks. Overall, I will definitely recommend and be using them for future business.
Brian is so personable. I always feel like I'm coming to home. He greets by name every time whether it is by phone or in person. He me overcome the minor technical difficulties I have with my car electronics.
I was in the service area to have oil change when I saw the XTS parked in front of my car.
My wife had complained about my CTS because the foot room on passanger side was so small and the trunk ws so small we had to take our drivers out of golf bag to get them in the trunk. Before the CTS we had a Deville. Love the XTS.

My daughter has only had the car for a couple of weeks and has been very satisfied.
The true test will be the follow up and if something needs repair , I have faith that a dealer with the reputation they have will honor her car
I called Bee's Chevy in St. Johns MI, 48879 for a gauge that was reading in the red for the coolant, and then the service advisor recommended having it towed into the dealer , they came out and told me that there was a coolant leak and there wasnt any coolant getting up to the motor so I was happy that they told me to have it towed because I could did something probaly to the head gaskets they promptly fixed it that day and asked if I needed a ride home.
Chris the body shop manager and Scott the painter did a great job repairing my cherished 1969 Corvette. The cracks were repaired and the front of the car re-painted. They finished on time and did a super job. What a pleasure!
