Despite my car still being under warranty, several other Ford dealerships were unwilling to service my vehicle and provide the loaner that is guaranteed under my warranty. When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. He communicated updates throughout the entire process, and he did an excellent job explaining the situation in a technical way and with layman’s terms. He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. We purchased a 2025 Explorer on October 16, 2025. Derrick Fedus was our sales representative. He did a great job in finding the car we wanted. He was very patient in helping answer our questions. He was very professional and easy to talk with. Ryan Kremer from acessories was very helpful and had the keyless key pad entry installed He helped answer a few questions and was very knowledgeable. Really nice young man. My overall experience was great.
