Service provider was pleasant, respectful, efficient & communicative...very professional & kind. Waited for my vehicle to be serviced; comfortable area & free coffee! Waited under an hour...not bad...thanks IRA Ford. Oops, almost forgot...I was very disappointed to hear Ford has discontinued the Edge model. WHAT are you guys doing? We are happy with our Edge, most other owners we've spoken with feel the same...I just can't understand your marketing strategy on this one.

Came in for inspection, new tires, and oil change for my 2014 Mustang GT convertible driven annually maybe 2000 miles. All work was done in 3 hours, fantastic. I had previously chosen what tires I wanted on the car so they could order them beforehand. All went well , thanks Mark

I recently bought my 2015 Ford Focus here and my husband bought his 2015 Mustang GT a few weeks ago. Doug was our sales person. He worked very hard to get exactly what Ricky wanted. He hung out in the back seat while I test drove my Focus. He highly suggested I go through Ford Motor Credit instead of my credit union and I got 0%!! Basically all the people there are so nice and helpful. Doug wasn't pushy at all with either car. He even bought us each a soda! We will never go anywhere else!! More dealerships need a Doug.

Sales staff were extremely helpful in the process of getting my new vehicle. Sales management, did an excellent job working the numbers , and made it possible for me to purchase the vehicle. Finance, gad everything down pat. I finished up by sitting down with him, going over the final numbers, and finally signing all the paper to close the deal

Andy was great and transparent on all service related items and repairs the were required! He understood the urgency of repairs and continued to communicate as the day went on. He was also helpful on transportation to and from the dealership.

I?m here to emphasize my wonderful service advisor Marty E! Appointment last friday afternoon for service assessment, was told would need at least 4 hours of work. Waited 7 days for a loaner car (not an issue). Marty called me every single day informing me if the loaner was ready or not. He was very gracious with my tight work schedule. My Bronco had a recall, shocks needed to be replaced. Aria, my service woman, got right on it, ordered parts, and put me in a loaner as it was going to be quite a few days for parts to arrive and my Bronco wasn?t safe to drive. Aria and Yankee went above and beyond for me , as always!

After searching for weeks online we found the perfect car at a price we thought was too good to be true. When we walked it the atmosphere was very friendly and we were greeted by Ben Seefeldt who pulled up the used fusion we had found online. I was so fortunate to have found my perfect vehicle and my salesman Julie could not have made it more easy! Let alone the care they take care of my car after I bought it! My favorite feature is that I can bring my car in for an oil change, they then bring me to work and drop my car off to me when it?s done!!

Jay @ service dept. is probably the best I have ever dealt with!!! His customer service skills are only complimented with his knowledge of the products! We have never had to bring either the truck of car back for anything that has been worked on!
