My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. My mom had a kid pull out in front of her Taurus and they totaled it, so She asked me to find a car. Found the Ecosport as a used car at a good price. Dealer installed Factory style leather seat covers in place of the cloth. Ma got to drive it twice and it was passed to me. I'm glad I picked it. Tests show 0-60 in 10-11 seconds with the little 3 cylinder. I made it in 12 but going a little up hill. It has enough pep for running around but gets fantastic mileage. I teased my wife when I fill up for $23 and get 300+ miles and she fills her jeep for $60 and shows 285 miles. I traded from a lifted 2 door jeep to the Ecosport and I am happy driving it. I upgraded the radio from the 4" to the 8" with nav. Great choice...A great little fun driver. I got in the back seat to see if the reviews were right and I had plenty of leg room for a small car. I'm 5'11" and 200# but everything fits well. I like the fact that I don't have to crawl in like my sons Subaawoo. I get in and out with ease due to the tall stance. I'm planning to put on All Terrain tires when the time comes.

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

When I went to SERPENTINI CHEVROLET to purchase a used 2012 SRX. I had really excellent credit. I made a big GIGANTIC mistake. On 4 APRIL of this year I purchased a used 2012 SRX with 145,000 miles on it. Going in to the deal, I did not realize how hard it was going to be to get someone to finance a vehicle with that many miles on it, and at 12 years old in car years. This SRX is considered to be an OLD, over the HILL motor vehicle on LIFE SUPPORT. In other words this 2012 SRX needs a MAJOR HEART TRANSPLANT. I am still getting loan TURNED DOWN NOTICES in the mail. It has been over ONE MONTH since I drove it off the lot. I am currently making the TURNED down NOTICES that keep coming in the mail into a big GIGANTIC roll of toilet paper.

I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

We have owned our ecosport se for over 2 years. No problems. Average over 32 over 37,000 miles tracked on fuelie! Only oil changes and tires rotations so far. Comfortable on trips. Love standard features on se trim. Proximity key. Heated seats. Satellite radio. 2 USB ports in dash. 2 power points. It could have a little more cargo room and power but we are satisfied with the car overall!

I came in to have my tire fixed/replaced. I was hesitant about going to the dealership because of some previous not-so-good experiences. The service manager introduced himself and asked how he could help. I informed him about my tire and confessed to not feeling comfortable being at the dealership because of past experiences. He assured me the dealership was under new management and he is the person to seek out if I have any service issues whatsoever. He told me about his goals under the new leadership. He did not sound like a sales person at all, but instead, like a leader wanting to fix what was broken. He asked if I would reconsider having my car serviced here. He promised to try to resolve any forthcoming issues I may experience. I decided "sure, what's there to lose?". After my tire was fixed (1.5 hours later without an appointment), I made an appointment for an oil change later this month. Hopefully I will receive the same courteous and professional behaviour! For the price you're paying and what you're getting - this car is an amazing deal. It has a slick interior and almost every feature you need. The ride is quiet and smooth, sports mode is great. When i first got into it I felt super cramped but now owning it, it feels a lot more comfortable. The compact size saved me from a crash earlier this week, I was able to ride the small shoulder on the interstate when a car right next to me tried merging into my lane. The few cons I have with it are the gas mileage and acceleration. I'm used to filling up my vehicles every two weeks but it has turned to filling up every week with the Ecosport. Granted, gas is always under $30 which helps. The other thing is the power of the engine - it has very slow acceleration, worse than my 2009 ford fusion. It would be a perfect car if it sped up faster. However, I love my Ecosport SE and for it to be in the mid-tens price range is amazing! Would highly recommend to check this car out.

Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.

I emailed Zac (the owner) about a Honda Ridgeline. I included all of my contact information and the next day he called. He answered all of my questions and we arranged a time on a Saturday for me to come out and see and test drive the Ridgeline. I liked it and he and I sat down and negotiated a fair price for it. He was very professional and down to earth. Good guy and I will definitely shop there again when I am in need of another car. A++

3 cylinder and we love it 1.0 Ecoboost plenty of power cruises out on highway 80 - 100 mph glides down the road like an old time Buick for the folks who say it does not have enough power that is wrong. You have to drive the car the way it was designed. When you take off drop it down to S or hit the gas pedal it will respond!

Great little commuter. 5000 miles so far no problems. Just a cute little car and especially great for around town. Gas mileage on highway is about 35mpg for me with cruise control. I really like the little car.
