Service was excellent 👍. Answered all my questions.Testdrive was good.They helped me look at all things on the vehicle I wanted to look at.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

The driver's side door latch is a known faulty unit and as it controls the auto locking mechanism is a safety issue. You are forced to drive your vehicle with the doors unlocked because the car does not akknowledg the door is fully closed. Leaving the the entire car unlocked while driving through areas where doors locked is a must for the safety of the occupants and driver. (You are vulnerable driving around with your doors unlocked!!!!!)

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I love my 2011 Ford Edge. I have over 250,000 miles . I drove from Beaufort SC to Ashland Ky every two wks due to my mothers illness. I have to say . I was never the least bit insecure with this trip while traveling. When I purchased my car it had 86,000 miles . I hope to purchase another in the near future. but , as for now mine is paid for . Still in fair condition. I was just checking on recalls because my car recently is coding system is shutting down.Such has my phone thru blue tooth due to low battery . But I had it checked because I had replaced battery . I thought possibly it may have been a default on it. It wasn’t .

I have owned my 2011 Ford Edge for 8 years now! This car was my first and only car from 15 to now the prime age of 23. Since owning the car it’s had a few issues brake booster (recall replaced) and the nav system the black screen of death with a few minor things over the years. What I can still not get over are the features the 2011 limited package had, this car was ahead of it’s time, back up cam, rear radar, full pano sun roof, remote start keys, ambient lighting through the entire cab and much more. Don’t get me wrong this car has had its down moments but they are minuscule compared to the value I’ve gotten out of it. Also I’m not sure if this is an all Edge thing from that time period but they are ALL over the road even the 2010’s This car is great for anyone that want a great size that can fit almost anything but still go anywhere and mechanically it has been nothing but perfect. The Microsoft sync system lacks to be honest I had to replace my entire dash screen because one day it just glitched and went to black, after salvaging one out of a wrecked edge I was plug n play back in business. Overall : this car good

I owned a 2010 now 2011 ford edge I love both cars . was in a wreck in my 2010 totaled it I was not hurt at all other than the seat belt left a mark. Very safe car.

I called about a car to confirm if it was in stock since I was coming from Austin. They kept in touch with me and held the car as Ibdrove there. The car was in exvellent condition. They had a mechanic and fixed a few things onsite. Other cars looked great too. Would definitely recommend them.

Walked in and greeted with a pretty rough area to do business. A salesman met me and I told him the car I wanted to see. He went and got it. I took it for a drive came back and said I want it. He started working with me and like 3 other customers. Pretty unorganized. I was there from 1:00 to after 5:00. Overall Jerred Miehlke was nice and helpful. I left and drove 1 1/2 hour home and engine light came on. Jerred did say cars go through no checks. If they drive we sell them.be careful and check out the vehicle extensively. I do like the car good price just sharing the salesman was weird. I bought a brand new car in less than 30 minutes before so this was rough. Overall I think I did ok. Just be ready for a very long process. Come early if you live some distance away.
