I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I bought my Edge when it was three years old and had less than 20k miles. I saved almost 20k from a new titanium models. The rear trunk light casing has a water leak that needs fixing but otherwise I have had zero issues w it. Power seat w Lumbar support makes a huge difference on long drives.

Good car but get extended warranty,can have issue with coolant leaking into motor no good ford will not do anything if you do not have ext warranty even they know design is bad. Some 2.0 eco have some don't mines been good.

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and he helped me find my beautiful 2011 Acura! He was very very polite and was able to work with my budget. I also was able to trade in my Honda pilot which made the price of Acura go down, which was such a blessing. Lee also was able to work with me even though I had a hard time locating my registration papers. They were very flexible on that and quickly found multiple options for me to locate my registration papers again. I was able to take the car home same day, which was a huge blessing! Especially because I’m a caregiver and my clients and I rely on transportation.The staff was amazing very welcoming and I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another car! I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience. I called to check on a 2021 Ram Limited that they had listed. I was driving 8 hours to see it, they confirmed it was in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning. They had it ready when I arrived. It was as described. I knew what my Jeep Wrangler was worth so it didn’t take long to agree on a deal. Cobra Rhodes was the sales person and I also worked with the general manager Josh Osborne. Both were great to work with. I was only there 90 minutes and left with my new to me truck. I had been looking over the eastern half of the country and this was the best deal that I found. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected to receive the title. They used a third party title company that didn’t completely the paperwork for several weeks. After I contacted Southwest about it, they did everything they could to resolver it quickly.

Overall everything was quick and easy and Joe Yagel made the process a great experience.
