I purchased a nice used vehicle from this dealership and had a good experience. It took a bit too long to wrap up the paperwork but I guess that’s to be expected. All in all I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

This review is 3 months after buying, so you know it's honest. It's a long review because I had to comment on all the great experiences I had with multiple employees at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. I connected with salesman Dayton Babcock-Latta through E-commerce. I live in Melbourne, so doing business with a dealership 90 miles away is a time investment for me, and I'm very glad I made the investment. From the beginning, and beyond the sale, Dayton was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dayton worked with me to change my initial appointment to view a 2017 Ford Edge multiple times. Dayton couldn't have been nicer to me, my son and daughter during the appointment, test drive and the sale experience of the new-to-us 2017 Ford Edge. During the test drive, I noticed an odd grumble when braking. After the test drive, Dayton introduced me to his manager, Nelson Bryant, so I could provide my thoughts about the test drive and pricing compared to other Ford Edge's I had recently test driven at other dealers. Nelson asked if I could give him an hour so he could get a mechanic to investigate the grumble. Within the hour, Dayton let me know the mechanic identified the grumble was coming from a new brake rotor they had installed during their preparation of the vehicle for resale. Dayton also let me know Nelson could meet my price point. After the mechanic replaced both front rotors, we went for another test drive and it felt perfect. I was ready to make the purchase, but I didn't know Dayton's helpfulness was just getting started. Dayton made the paper work a breeze, including transferring a license plate I had and getting my insurance updated to add the Edge. During the paperwork process, Dayton found there was only 1 key fob for the Edge, but he didn't stop there. Once Dayton handed my off to the financing specialist, Sergio Perez Cedeno, to complete the sale, Dayton kept looking and found the 2nd key fob in another area of the dealership. Sergio was great at walking me through the sale portion and used vehicle warranty options. I was paying cash (debit card), so I thought this piece of the experience would be the easiest and least stressful, but my credit union declined the transaction so it quickly became the worst part of the day. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and after hours at this time, so I had no way to contact my credit union and get them to approve the transaction. This was all my fault because I didn't pre-approve the transaction with my credit union, so my options became ? finance the purchase so I could drive the Edge home that night (I could pay it off immediately, but I didn't want the unneeded new loan mark on my near perfect credit history), or I could drive 90 miles home that night and drive 90 miles back the next day to bring in a check so I could take the Edge home that weekend. Thankfully, Dayton's helpfulness jumped in again. Dayton offered the idea of splitting the purchase between a credit card and the debit card to reduce the debit card amount?maybe the smaller amount would be approved. It worked and we were able to drive the Edge home that night! Most reviews probably stop there, but my great experienced didn't. A couple days later, Dayton followed up to make sure we were still happy with the purchase. I let Dayton know we were happy, but the day before I had noticed the 3rd brake light was missing a clear cover and some of the LEDs weren't working. Dayton immediately made arrangements to make the repair at no cost to me. It took almost 2 months to make the time in my family?s busy schedule for the repair, but when I was finally ready so were Dayton and AutoNation Honda. Due to this excellent experience, I'll firstly and strongly consider using AutoNation Honda for any future vehicle purchases. I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I?m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.

Bought my 2013 edge limited in 2014 new. Have replaced the catilitic converter but no problems at all. Has 106k miles. Everything works perfectly. Thought about getting a new car but it runs so well. Get 21 mph average. Put Lucas gas treatment in both of my Fords and all well and good. Have 3.5 liter. It’s very fast when needed.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

Eddie was very professional and timely. He made sure I had a loaner and even arranged for delivery and exchange when the repairs were completed.

Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?
