Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Such a great experience I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go here they dye were patient and friendly high recommend!

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

J Star Dodge has the best customer service of any place of business I frequent. They have been the only place I use to service my 2019 Dodge Durango. I have 69,200 miles and it runs like it’s brand new.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. This was not the first time for me buying a car. I have to say that things have changed a little since my last experience. A few places I went had advertised different than what the numbers looked like when. I showed up. A big turn off until I got to meet Anita and her team. I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.
