I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

The dealer offered better terms than the competitor after I made a different offer. Although the deal took a while, we drove away in the new car the same day. I was satisfied with both the level of service and the terms of the purchase.

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

I saw an SUV online @ RT46 Mitsubishi in Totowa NJ. that want to see. I saw a salesman named Omar about it. He acted fast told me to take it for test drive. Once I got back we started talking price that I can afford. He was so professional on answering all my questions too, and the management team handled it all themselves too.I felt comfortable since the first walk into the dealer. I was offered coffee and thoutgave out bottles of water.. I'm happy with my Jeep I purchase. I give Onar and his team 5 stars. Got '07 Vibe 126k mi at 2Manny's 20 days ago, title in Priority Mail today. Reg wear and tear for 18yo (DETAILED & all functions!). Corroded wheels-- offered to put new ones on for price. Tires just within coin head-- said pass inspection but offered to sell new not-exceptionally-great tires at wholesale cost and to put on. Checked and all seemed to work. Test drove, no noises or issues. PPI-- rusty crossmember underneath, confirmed won't break or fall off; no safety or function issue, as Eddy stated. I would say he was very patient with me; I was coming from out of town and was very suspicious of an independent used car place I didn't know. Walked me thru the whole process, even helped me set up insurance in my app. Bring cashier's check or use Zell; credit and debit are a 2.5% fee (GENEROUS --most places are 3%). My mechanic confirmed its nothing but cosmetics, will need new struts eventually. 1300mi later, no issues. Would recommend. Seems to have integrity. ICXCNIKA

Drives nice and roomy. But has the loudest engine rattle I have ever heard and dealer service dept says it’s normal. I’m ready to trade it it for something that’s not a ford. My 2012 edge was much quieter…I should have kept it. I bought the 2021 edge new November 2021
