I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Went in for an oil change. Oil changes have literally doubled in price. Prices have sky rocketed!!!!!

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Was unsure about buying a Ford having never owned one before. Went onto the lot to have look and thought I would never be able to afford a new Truck. Walked in the showroom and was made to feel right at home. No pressure from the sales team and they went out of the way to find me a deal I could handle from a new truck that I liked to a payment I could afford. I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

Trevor was more than helpful when I went and looked at a used vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not exactly what I was looking for so did not purchase.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

I see the inside of the building when I buy my vehicles and then pretty much don't again until I am looking for a new one because they come to my house and pick up my vehicle every time I need it serviced and drop it back off. Trevor was awesome to work with. Got the deal I wanted on a used car. He took the time to show me things about the car even after we signed on the dotted line. Was disappointed tho when I got home and started transfering my stuff from my other car. The spare tire was low on air. I had to vacuum below and between the seats. Had to wipe out to storage compartments, looked like stuff was spilled in them. Also the front of the car was full of old bug spatterings. Spent 1 1/2 hours just cleaning that. I should have looked the car over better too. But I do love the car and I will buy from them again.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

I love my car and recently purchased it from a dealership as a former rental. It handles well and has an extremely smooth ride, the moon roof provides extra light even when it is a cloudy day !!

Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.
