Used Ford Edge for sale near Whiting, IN under $20,000

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

Didn't buy anything but they were on their game. Willing to do anything. Will keep them in mind in the future.

Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Smooth ride and eco boost engine makes it easy to get on highways and around slower traffic. Feels like 60 when you’re going 80. Comfortable and stylish.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. 5 stars – Honest, efficient, and the reason I came back This was my second time working with Josh Hendrix, and I specifically came back because of how straightforward he is. We were buying a car for my daughter, and I appreciated that Josh didn’t push, didn’t upsell, and didn’t waste our time. He gave us a fair offer from the start and made the process easy. After dealing with salespeople at other dealerships who overtalk or dodge questions, Josh is someone I trust. If you’re buying a car, especially for family, he’s the one to work with.

The SPORT with the 2.7L 6 cylinder engine is a really, good suv for the money - NOT the lower trim versions, particularly with the 2.0L 4 cylinder. Those are rental fleet appliances. The SPORT, however, is properly quick. Handling is acceptable considering it sits on a front wheel drive chassis that does awd as a side hustle. The interior design is ok and can be had with a lot of premium features like hands-free parking, adaptive cruise, remote start and a huge sunroof. But it's all about that 2.7L V6 engine.

One of the best cars I have owned. I have the 2014 Edge Sport model. I still have it. Traded in a Mercedes for it! It handles like a sports car with the 22 inch rims, is has great pickup and all the amenities I could want like the Mercedes. Also, no mechanical problems to date 2022! Highly recommend.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! Great car easy to get in and out of. Nice responsive handling. Handles well in the snow. Only complaint so far is the blue tooth kicks me off frequently when paired up.

Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?

Our experience at Import Exchange in Monkena, IL, was excellent. We found a car that we liked but noticed a couple of cosmetic issues with the bumper. Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I have the V6 and it has run flawlessly Only problem I had with the whole car was the passenger seat belt we had it replaced once under warranty and then it did it again just locks up

I bought my 08 ford edge sel used. I did tune up first week of ownership and regular maintenence as scheduled. Always reliable and comfortable. Only complaint is back interior. The light in the trunk was always covered as I always had stuff in trunk and back window did not open separate from trunk door like other suvs. Unfortunately after 7 years and 100000 miles plus from me I became unconscious while driving and destroyed her. She saved me though. Impressive safety in crash. Definitely would buy again
