Reviewed in 2025.
Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.
Much heavier duty than you'd think, very reliable.
My 2010 Escape 3.0, 6 spd auto has broken all the rules of cost of ownership. It just doesn't break and I tow way over the rated 3,500 lbs and that's cross country by the way, often on gravel or dirt roads. It has 281,000 miles of tough service still with orig spark plugs, struts and rear shocks. Alignment stays on track remarkably well allowing the Michelin original spec tires to last almost 100k miles per cycle with even wear. Only ever used Motorcraft factory oil, period, and the correct Mercon trans fluid. I change oil at 5k, have changed trans fluid 3 times. 2nd windshield so far. Wiper blades renewed once due again. Great Volvo designed platform, long lasting, heavy duty suspension components have surprised me. Burns no oil, great gas mileage still at about 26mpg hwy @ 281k miles, not towing though of course. Trans always shifted a little funny and clunky same as from brand new but won't quit even made to pull heavy trailers a lot of its life. Tire pressure light has been on for 100k miles or so, who cares I check the pressure. Check engine light is on for some gas tank evap sensor whatever thingy that affects nothing since 150k miles ago, so what, I know it has nothing to do with anything that can damage the drivetrain or anything else so I've ignored it for years, will never spend a penny to address that and drive it every day,

I can’t recommend this car dealership enough—from its Dealer Principal Chris Napleton to the Service Manager Chris Cantù to my service advisor Lili Welker—it is evident that excellence flows from the top down. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled the right way for my family. They took the time to clearly explain what my car needed (and what it didn’t need), kept me updated throughout the process, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines expertise with great customer service, but they absolutely nailed it. My family has purchases three Hondas from here in the past 2.5 years. I always feel respected, informed, and confident that my car is in great hands. If you’re bringing your vehicle here, do yourself a favor and ask for Lili—you’ll leave feeling taken care of. Five stars without hesitation!
Our Ford Escape

Solid car for the money
This car is reliable, gas mileage is acceptable, runs smooth on the highway, only downside are the blindspots behind your left and right shoulder, it's square design makes it hard to see, mirrors help but keep this in mind.

Finally a positive car buying experience!
I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.
Awesome deal on a 2010 Ford Escape
This car was exactly what I was looking for. Well taken care of, able to seat 4 and space for cargo in the rear, and available at a great price.
