Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

Our recent purchase of a 2022 F150 Lariat was the simplest, most hassle-free purchase at a dealership we've ever had. We had done a lot of research on both the vehicle we were looking at and the vehicle we were trading in, and in both cases, the team was very fair and honest. We were, and remain, so thankful for that. We will gladly...GLADLY...do business here again should we need another vehicle. We had the privilege of working with a new, young salesman (Jake) who had the help of others (Alex and Lou) to make this all go so smoothly. They all seem like a good team working together. Just a great experience. And...we love our new truck.

I have no had this car too long. So far, so good. But I have owned previous Escapes. Lots of added features on this one!

Great customer service!! The service department is very professional also! This dealer also recently remodeled the show room and it looks great! They are always updating the body styles on their cars and they keep looking better and better!

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. Always very professional, service is excellent. I like the video walkaround of the car by the mechanic, explaining and showing status of components. Every customer gets individual service.

We Had been searching for the right Kia Soul (manual) for a few months. Had a couple bad experiences at other places after driving 2 hours for a car that was not in the shape as the salesman had described. TJ was honest about any imperfections on the car and was pleasantly surprised with how clean the car was when we got there. I can not thank Shawn Levi enough. We had an issue with filing a claim for gap insurance, I called and spoke with Shawn he walked me through the whole process I ended up coming into the dealership after getting some bad information from where we got the loan from. Shawn went above and beyond and was able to get everything resolved even though it had nothing to do with him or the dealership. Truly the definition of amazing customer service.
