I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I had previously written a review about my 2011 Yukon. It referenced some repairs that the vehicle needed and my frustration with the fact that I just pirchased the vehicle and immediately found things wrong. Joe contacted me and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He went our of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that all of the repairs were made and quickly too. Thank you so much Joe for taking the time to talk with us and making sire we left the dealership happy. Also, thank you to Phil for always taking the time to talk with us. If you choose to go to Auto Haus I definitely recommend working with Phil for sales, he is the absolute best. Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

I have no had this car too long. So far, so good. But I have owned previous Escapes. Lots of added features on this one!

My person was super nice until after the sale, then not so much. Called to find out about a replacement part because I did not notice it, and he was very short and not helpful until I called again. I get they're out to make money, but you think they would be like oh yeah, we'll definitely fix that. Wasn't a bad experience and ppl were nice. Just wish they were a little more accommodating. Just make sure you look vehicle over carefully.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

Everything went smoothly and work-to-be-done was explained. I am an elderly woman and they do their best to be sure I understand what they are doing and what they feel should be taken care of with my older car. They are always very helpful.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. The used car Dept. or building is very small. I felt like I was walking someone's space going in there. Worked OK just very small.

Trevor was awesome to work with. Got the deal I wanted on a used car. He took the time to show me things about the car even after we signed on the dotted line. Was disappointed tho when I got home and started transfering my stuff from my other car. The spare tire was low on air. I had to vacuum below and between the seats. Had to wipe out to storage compartments, looked like stuff was spilled in them. Also the front of the car was full of old bug spatterings. Spent 1 1/2 hours just cleaning that. I should have looked the car over better too. But I do love the car and I will buy from them again.
