For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I have owned Ford Escapes for my past three cars. The 2023 is my favorite. Smooth ride The display is so much larger. The adjustable rear seats are an added bonus

The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.

We had a great experience purchasing a used car through this dealership. Pete went through all of the special features of the vehicle and how to use them, got us an extra key, which from previous experience at other dealerships, just won't happen. It was great working with our salesperson, Bill Meier, along with the staff at Zeigler Ford in Lowell. They are very thorough and took their time to explain everything about the car. They stayed and even helped set up the screen and ensure my phone was connected and I knew how to use all of the controls. Everyone stayed to help even though it was an hour past closing time. We bought our last vehicle here and were so impressed by their dedication that returned yesterday when we needed to replace another vehicle.

This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.
