Used 2023 Ford Escape for sale near Kouts, IN

I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. He made no promises only gave his word to do everything that was possible to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. On December 22, I receive the wonderful news from John that the car would be delivered by 4pm. Big John’s hard work and dedication paid off and he got the car delivered. Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Excellent experience. I bought a car from out of state. Spoke with Frank several times about the car and pricing before I booked a flight. They did not add in any extra fees besides TTL and docs plus did not try to charge me more for an out of state buyer or paying cash. It was a cash deal so everything went smooth. My only complaint, it took about 2 hours to purchase even thought this was a cash deal. This is a very minor complaint but thought the process should have been faster.

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

This dealership is the best of the best. They price to sell and don?t add fees. What they quote you is actually what you pay. They don?t pressure you and actually are extremely knowledgeable about the cars on their lot. I have never experienced a car dealer like this one.

I have owned Ford Escapes for my past three cars. The 2023 is my favorite. Smooth ride The display is so much larger. The adjustable rear seats are an added bonus

Brought my car in for an oil change, the service rep came and got me for the tech could show me an issue he found on the car. Susan, the service rep, helped me out with my warranty and getting parts for repairs.

My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.
