Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Dealt with a service advisor that I was unfamiliar with since my normal one was out that day. Specifically stated the name who I was familiar working with and assumed that the visit/work order would be passed on to them upon their return. That didn?t happen. One thing lead to another and legitimate issues with my vehicle were found. It was determined that my extended warranty covered most of what was required. Twice durring the time they had my vehicle for 10 days, I was given a timeframe that things would be done, or there would be contact. Both times I waited until the following day to initiate contact myself. The excuses for the work taking longer were understandable. Had I been kept in the loop in a timely manner, I wouldn?t have any issue. My past experience with the service representative that I?m used to dealing with was the polar opposite. They always kept me informed in a timely manner as promised. I?m not a needy person nor do I engage in creating drama, I just like to be kept up to date/in the loop as told. Going forward, l will make sure that the person I?m familiar with is the only one that I deal with at this dealership.
