Fair Oaks was the only LIncoln dealer that had (in transit) the exact 2025 Lincoln Aviator model and color scheme we were looking for. We were able to connect with them online and make a good deal on the purchase without having to make the extensive drive to the dealership. Krystal (internet sales manager) was great to work with. She handed us off to Eddie to complete the paperwork. All documents were completed online in the comfort of our home, and Eddie delivered the vehicle to us at home the day it arrived. went to purchase a new car last weekend and the overall experience was good. only hiccup was i made an appointment to see a car i liked and the car got sold right before i got there. now from there i still ended up getting the car i wanted but a better model and the process from there on out i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. everyone was nice and communicated well and even after the purchase they still reach out to make sure the car is running well and fixing me no problems.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. Gone are the days of driving to the dealership to have your oil changed. I love that Webb Ford came to get my vehicle, showed me where they were en route, sent me texts where they were in the process, and returned my vehicle quickly. Absolutely worth it to me in my busy schedule. Awesome place.
