This last visit was to buy a new vehicle after my 2016 was totaled. Once I found my new Escape with the help of Chaz Bowles, everything was expedited to complete the process. Including arrangements to get my rental returned so I could drive away in my 2024 Escape. Every one I met during the completion of the financing and purchase was courteous and knowledgeable-going beyond my expectations to help me with the details to be able to drive away in my own car.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

I had an incident with Friendship Ford located in Bristol, TN. It was a long issue. However the General Manager Lance Dowdy contacted me and took care of my issue. He is a man of his word and he did exactly what he advised me he would do. I did write a scathing review previously but Lance has renewed my trust in Friendship Ford. If you have any issues with this dealership definitely ask to speak with Lance .
