New and used 2026 Ford Expedition Tremor for sale near Jacinto City, TX

I bought a new car. On way home, realized sound was not working. Contacted dealer and arranged for service. Turns out, service could not resolve issue. They quickly arranged another vehicle, same model. They handled this very efficiently and professionally. Both Steve Sales Manager and David, my salesperson stepped up. My first Ford Explorer, and the experience has been very good. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Autonation ford has by far been the most seamless dealership, i?ve boughten many many cars before and i have to say autonation ford has been the best so far. Paloma is the assosiate that helped us and she has been very professional with us and really helped us with the process . And the manager peter i think is his name has also been very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue with our car we bought but he took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely consider working with autonation and paloma in the future

Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. We worked with Jason and wound up leaving the van for thorough diagnostics. Jason was quick, knowledgable, efficient and customer friendly.

As always great customer service by Mr. Mena, will always accommodate and address any issues going on with my vehicle from an oil change to check engine light. Highly recommend this dealership.

Had a leaking power steering system worked on twice (two separate issues months apart), and both times they provided fast and wonderful service. Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!!
