Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

Great people at this dealership. I worked with Pete and he gave me no pressure service. I’m waiting a few weeks to buy a car because I’m traveling soon, but Pete was kind and helpful and I will be going back to him to buy.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Came in for a repair on my vehicle and was also getting a rental the rental department went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was clean and disinfected and ready for me I was in and out of there in no time at all will definitely be back because of those young gentlemen.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Dave Sinclair is awesome, my only complaint - I didn't receive my complimentary car wash.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

As a woman who honestly knows nothing about cars, I was nervous that I was going to be conned into things I didn’t need. I was lucky enough to have Mike help me who was extremely professional, friendly, and explained in detail what I needed now and suggestions for services repairs that were not needed immediately. The salesman I dealt with, Rob Fulmer is one of the best. Strait forward, tells you how it is without any hidden surprises. He was honest, patient and very professional. He easily addressed all my concerns and questions and I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. He was very quick in responding as I was inquiring about a car out of state and he made everything very easy and simple to understand. Out of the other dealerships I inquired about, it was like night and day. I ended up replacing my engine in my old vehicle, so I didn’t actually buy from here but everything was set up to go I just had to sign. He was honest about out the door pricing and the dealership he works for doesn’t try sneaking ridiculous hidden fees like some of these other places. Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Currently own a black 2013 expedition XL 4WD. It's a solid, reliable SUV on a truck frame but with very smooth ride quality. Tons of cargo space, I fit a 7 foot couch in XL, which is the smaller version. Powerful V8 runs good and sounds like a diesel. Only downsides it's not great on gas mileage compared to newer cars and interior and exterior starts wearing out in typical Ford fashion

We have purchased 6 cars or trucks from Dave Sinclair Ford or Lincoln. They have always treated us well during and after the sell. We tried to buy a Chevy EV Bolt this month but the service was so bad we choose to keep our Lincoln instead. If I had not moved to the east coast last year, I would continue to only buy from Dave Sinclair.

Everyone was nice and the place was extremely busy. We worked with Nick who was working with 2 sets of customers at the same time, he did a pretty good job of handling both. We test drove a truck and tried to work a deal, but it just did not get down into our price range.
