This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

My wife and I came in to essentially browse and compare vehicles on Saturday 08/16. We ended up speaking with John Cummings, who was extremely friendly, concise, to the point, and not pushy at all. He also was very honest and transparent during the entire ordeal. Having worked in a car dealer as a master tech for a good portion of my career, I typically am pretty good at picking up on red flags from shoddy salesmen, and I did not get any indication what so ever that John had any of those qualities. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade, which we really liked. I was up front with John on my financing expectations, and also requested that we get the vehicle on a lift for a visual inspection. There was a slight miscommunication between John and management, and they were not able to accommodate my request. What they did offer is the fact that Hiley, and themselves fully believed in their products they were selling, and that they knew for a fact there was nothing majorly wrong with the vehicle. Both Rusty the used car director, and the finance manager Lori gave me verbal confirmation that we could back out of the deal, post down payment, if I got it to my shop on Monday and found something catastrophic. I'm happy to report the vehicle was exactly as they advertised and promised. Next we dealt with Lori, the finance manager for all of the closing paperwork. She was very friendly and a straight shooter as well. She also was not overly pushy with any of the extended warranty plans or any other areas for upselling, as per usual in the finance department. Overall, we had a VERY pleasant experience between dealing with John and Lori. We did have one minor hiccup, which as of 08/18 I am waiting to see if John can possibly do anything for us, the spare key fob does not work with the vehicle, even though it has a new battery. I will revise this review once that issue is fully addressed and/or resolved. If you're looking for an honest salesman that won't lie to make a buck, or push a bunch of up selling onto you, ask for John Cummings.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

We just bought a used car from HILEY- Buick- GMC-of-Fort Worth with John Talley. We had shopped extensively and found good deals at 3 different dealerships. Although one of the other dealership's offer was slightly better than Hiley's, we were completely swayed by John's knowledge, experience, and trustworthiness. This truck is comfortable, powerful & roomy. The third row can actually sit three adults with reasonable comfort. The Eco-boost V6 has plenty of power. Sufficient room behind 3rd row for cargo. Tahoe 3rd row is great if you like sitting with your knees by your ears. First Ford I’ve bought in 38 years since my 73 Mustang. If you get one make sure you get the Sync 3 radio.

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

This is a comfortable, reliable and very safe SUV. This is our second Ford Expedition in our family. We had our last Expedition for 17 years (a 2003) and are now ready to get a newer one.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
